    Sacral Response

    I have difficulty feeling my sacral response. After watching all of the videos, it was helpful to learn some of the mechanics in my design that may be contributing to it:

    – the channels that define my sacral are not conscious or are both conscious & unconscious (I have the 3-60 of which the 3 is red and the 60 is black and the 59-6 which is both red & black)

    – I have the 17-60 mental activation

    – I am a split definition with no motors to the throat

    – I have both the solar plexus and sacral defined. Other than the 59-6, I only have the 37.

    We have not gotten to the centers yet but I have an undefined spleen, solar plexus and completely open heart.

    I know that Strategy & Authority is the foundation so I must master it. Kim had mentioned that she could check in with herself but that others may need to be asked questions. I suspect I may be the latter even though when I have tried to do it with my partner, it felt awkward. Has anyone had sacral sessions to help with this or found a way to resolve this on their own? I welcome all feedback.
